He is a well-rounded busy guy with four varsity letters, 21 college credits and a 4.0 GPA which makes him a graduating valedictorian. Some may wonder how he does it.
"You have to prioritize, in a sense, pick what's most important, get that done first, and then everything else just sort of falls into place somehow," said West.
West has played soccer since he was in kindergarten, was team captain last year and a hopeful recipient for this year's title.
"I just enjoy being able to go out, sometimes you win, sometime you lose, but you get to show that you've trained hard and you can out-compete the other team and win," said West.
So who does this man of many talents look up to?
"I know this sounds cliche, but probably my dad," said West. "He has always been supportive. He does everything with me and helps me with everything."
