He's spent many an hour in the LHS band room, seated at the piano or trumpet in tow. And this summer he's tackling the guitar. But Jackson has spent his senior year as a Jack of all trades.
"Ultimate Frisbee Club right now," said Schacher. "It's a lot of fun. We go out and play and usually we win. Crochet Club I did a little bit of that and helped them make blankets for the YWCA. I'm also in drama. I'm actually the theatre manager. I just like to have fun with whatever I'm doing."
Come fall, Jackson is jetting off to U of I to pursue either engineering or architecture.
"I like the science and math part of school. I enjoy learning in that area of study," said Schacher.
But before he designs sky scrapers and luxury houses, Jackson is right at home at LHS.
"Everyone has a lot of spirit you know for the Bengals and it's just fun to hang out with every one at the school," said Schacher.
