Pakula expresses herself through music

ASOTIN, WA - Dancer, academic, instructor, musicion, traveler... there's a million ways to describe this Panther who manages a nearly perfect GPA. One of her passions is dance and she's been performing for most of her life.

"It's another way to extend myself with music," said Andrea Pakula. "There's nothing more fun than being able to express yourself thorugh music and through dance."

Next year she hopes to study at Lewis and Clark College in Portland but Andrea said she'll miss the small town feel of Asotin.

"I love going to Asotin High because it is such a small school," said Pakula. "You really get to know your teachers and the students. There's always someone who's going to help you."

This senior already has her bucket list started, one of the items is to visit each continent. A goal she's already making progress on.

"The year before last I went to Europe for three weeks with the Washington Ambassadors of Music," said Pakula. "We went to a bunch of different countries and played concerts. It was really fun."
