Rusche said this year's election is very important and political change needs to happen. He says over the past four years the legislature has taken a sharp turn to the right, and it's time the governing body became more balanced.
"I'm somebody who believes in effective pragmatic approach to government, and that's what I'll bring," said Rusche.
The House Minority Leader says his ability to collaborate with his Republican counterparts will continue if re-elected. He said his 12-years of managerial experience at Regence Blue Shield of Idaho and fours years of service as a District 7 legislator paired with his ability to listen and represent the citizens make him the right person for the position.
