Victoria's Secret model facing $10 million lawsuit over failed sportswear line
Erin Heatherton is being sued over a failed clothing line, according to The Blast.
A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles alleges the supermodel abandoned the project without any explanation.
Clare Byrne claims she swung a deal with Heatherton for a 40 percent interest in the company, but things didn't end up working out.
Byrne cited two examples of Heatherton wearing clothes from RetroActive for two events, but then states the model bailed without warning, according to The Blast.
Byrne is seeking $10 million in damages related to the 40 percent interest in the company.
As of the time of this post, Heatherton's reps had not responded to a request for comment from The Blast.
