Armed robbers sentenced for Moscow Stinker store theft

MOSCOW, ID - Both teenagers who were prosecuted for robbing a convenience store in Moscow last September are now out of jail and on probation.

Bailey Westgate, 18, from Moscow was sentenced at the Latah County Courthouse on Monday after pleading guilty to grand theft in November.
He will serve eight-years on probation and pay more than $3,000 in restitution and court fees.

Westgate and his accomplice 17-year-old Nickolous Parker of Genesee robbed a Stinker store. Police said they used airsoft guns to seal $60 in cash and a carton of cigarettes. Parker was sentenced to three years of probation in juvenile court.
