Baily chosen as Superintendent of the Moscow School District

MOSCOW, ID - Tuesday night, The Moscow School Board of Trustees officially hired a new superintendent for the district.

Greg Bailey is coming from the Mountain View School District in Grangeville, where he was the superintendent for the last five years.
The School Board's Chair Dawna Fazio said that out of the seven people that applied for the position, Bailey is the only candidate that met the requirements of the board and the community.

"He's a great advocate for kids and for public education," said Fazio. "He has a good record of being successful as a superintendent in Grangeville."

Fazio said the board's decision to hire Bailey was unanimous. He will be taking over for Superintendent Dale Kleinert on July 1st. Kleinert is leaving the position to work for the Northwest Accreditation Association as their Idaho Director of School Accreditation.
