Capone arraigned in Asotin County Court

ASOTIN, WA - A man considered a person of interest in the disappearance of a Clarkston woman was arraigned Monday morning in Asotin County Superior Court.

Charles Capone is being held on domestic violence charges of 2nd-degree assault. He allegedly tried to strangle 40-year-old Rachael Anderson in December of 2009. Anderson, filed for divorce after the alleged strangulation, then disappeared in April of 2010.

Capone currently has no charges against him related to Anderson's disappearance. His attorney waived a review of the $1 million bond set forth by presiding Judge William Acey until Capone's next court appearance on October 22nd, when he is expected to enter a plea.
