In a change of plea hearing, thirty-two year-old David Lorence Orlandi pleaded guilty to five of eleven counts of child exploitation. Judge Kerrick ordered a psycho-sexual evaluation to be done on Orlandi prior to sentencing.
"Did anyone promise I'd be easy on you for plead guilty," said Kerrick. "Did anyone promise anything I would do if you plead guilty and we've talked about the ramifications of the Rule-11 agreement that you've entered into."
Each count carries a maximum penalty of ten years in jail and, or a $10,000 fine. The psycho-sexual evaluation has to be submitted to the court prior to sentencing.
