Here's footage from last year's fund raiser. It's the biggest event of the year for the Humane Society of the Palouse. They're expecting over a hundred people to attend on Saturday and run or walk along Paradise Path with their dog in support of their local shelter.
"Our role for 30 plus years now has been to help with the unwanted, homeless animals of Latah County," said Humane Society of the Palouse Board President Steve Lindsey. "We provide food, we provide shelter, we provide medication."
If you want to participate, there's still time to register online. It'll cost $20 if you register in advance, or you can show up between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and pay a $25 registration fee. They'll start on the University of Idaho campus at the corner of Railroad and Sweet Avenue at 9:00, rain or shine.
