For more than a decade Twin County United Way has hosted its annual "Day of Caring" in the Lewis-Clark Valley. This year more than 250 people donated their time around town to help agencies and projects throughout the Valley.
ATK employee Drew Leonard said it feels good to give back.
"Well it's just important to contribute and help out and let folks know that ATK cares about the community and what we stand for," said Leonard. "And part of our values, giving back."
Some of the projects included delivering hot meals, painting at the Boys and Girls Club, and beautifying the city. Many local businesses donated the time of their employees in order to make this all happen.
