Homeowner's lawn ornament collection is way to spread happiness

LEWISTON, ID - For many, lawn ornaments are a fun way to show your personality, or even spruce up a boring patch of your yard.

"Look at this stuff, isn't it neat," said Ariel. "Wouldn't you think my collections complete? Wouldn't you think I'm the girl, the girl who has everything?"

Sorry Ariel, but there's a new girl in town who's got everything!

"I have so many things, I could decorate for years and years and years and never use the same thing," said Soule.

Look at this trove, treasures untold. How many wonders can one lawn hold? Looking around here her friends think, Jackie Soule's got everything!

"They go to yard sales, and they know there's something that I'd like, they say oh that's for Jackie," said Soule.

She's got gadgets and gizmo's a plenty. Soule's got whozits and whatzits galore.

"My favorite holiday is Christmas," said Soule. "Because I really decorate for Christmas."

You want thingamabobs? She's got twenty. But who cares? She wants more.

"When I go into the store, I always go by the lawn ornaments, to see if there's something different that I don't have," said Soule.

For Jackie Soule, there's no price tag for unlimited happiness. And an unlimited supply of lawn ornaments.

"I just enjoy people being happy," said Soule. "And there's not a whole lot of that in this world."

If you'd like to see the display yourself, either now or during the Christmas season, head over to the 500 block on 4th Avenue in Lewiston, just down the street from St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
