It was on Elm Street in Clarkston, but due to loss of federal funding, it had to move into a smaller space.
Health District Nurse Diane Rousseau said moving was not something they wanted to do, but something they had to do.
"We're trying to make it a positive experience," said Rousseau. "The building is lovely, it's a lot smaller so we'll have to downsize to fit into it."
In addition to moving into a smaller building, the district has lost ten employees. Rousseau said even though they're now in Asotin, there will be a transit system set up to assist those who may not have another way to get to their new office.
