Kendrick pharmacy burglar Kasey Weideman requests plea agreement

MOSCOW, ID - The man that broke into a pharmacy in Kendrick and stole thousands of prescription pills will be sentenced in July.

Genesee resident Kasey Weideman, 23, entered a plea agreement with the State on Tuesday. He pleaded guilty to burglary and Second District Judge John Stegner released him from jail on his own recognizance. His sentencing is schedule for July 21st, and if the judge accepts the plea agreement, Weideman will spend 30 days in jail, and face three-years of probation.

He'll also have to pay restitution for the damage he caused when he broke into the Red Cross Pharmacy in Kendrick in January 2013, and stole hydrocodone pills.
