Last 2 suspects surrender in the Warner assault investigation

PULLMAN, WA - Thursday, investigators traveled to Western Washington in an attempt to locate 22-year-old Matt Cabanos-Soriano of Everett and 22-year-old Robert Bean of Mulkiteo.

Both suspects agreed to surrender themselves at 7:30 at the Mulkiteo Police Department Thursday evening, but neither of them showed up.

"However, neither suspect showed up at that location," said Pullman Police Chief Gary Jenkins. "So detectives, while they were out there, attempted to locate them at their home and work and still could not locate them."

Cabanos-Soriano surrendered himself at the Pullman Police Department at around 2:30 Friday morning, and Bean surrendered himself at the Whitman County Sheriff's office shortly after 9:00 Friday morning. Both men appeared in court Friday morning, and were released from jail, as charges have not been filed yet.
