This is coming on the heels of a concert that woke the neighborhood last month. The fair board held a regular session meeting Wednesday night and the first agenda item was regarding the recent Tech Nine concert and all the complaints from it.
Fair board members met with Nez Perce County Prosecutor Nance (Nancy) Ceccarelli to talk about how they might prevent another incident from happening.
"We take a pretty stiff deposit or bond if you will, and so the moment they cross the line," said Ceccarelli. "You know based on guidelines set whether that be sound or language or time manner and place regulation. We hold onto that bond."
A special meeting will be held Wednesday to draft up a new contract for concert promoters.
