Pullman police search for assailant after second blowdart assault reported

PULLMAN, WA - Pullman Police Department detectives continue their search for the person or persons accused of shooting blowdarts from a vehicle Sunday night.

Detectives believe the blow darts were shot from a black, two-door sedan. Commander Chris Tennant confirmed another victim recently reported being hit.

Both victims were shot around 9:30 Sunday night with the same type of dart. A 2-year-old female was hit in the stomach while walking on College Hill, while a 20-year-old male was hit in the shoulder while walking on Bishop Boulevard.

Neither victim was seriously injured, but Commander Chris Tennant said detectives consider this a serious assault and if you have any information you can call Pullman Police at (509) 334-0802.
