Over the past month, the car dealership collected turkeys through two food drives to give back to the community. Rogers Toyota-Scion owner Ryan Rogers said the donations were divided between the Community Action Partnership Food Bank and the Asotin County Food Bank.
"We've been in business 42 years so each year we look at how we can help in our community during Thanksgiving and Christmas time," said Rogers.
"We decided that the month of November we would give one turkey to every customer that purchases a vehicle," said employee Branda Rugg. "And then in their name we would donate one to the food bank of their choice."
Tuesday morning they donated 60 turkeys between the two food banks and hope to reach their goal of 100 turkeys donated in total for the month of November.
