September 11th remembrance ceremony held at Lewiston's Pioneer Park

LEWISTON, ID - Fire departments from across the region joined forces Tuesday evening in a procession to honor those lost on 9/11.

The procession of fire engines, trucks and police cars started their journey in Asotin and then traveled throughout the Valley to each fire station.

At each station, a flag was lowered to half staff in memory of those who were killed during the September 11th attacks. Fire crews from Moscow and Pullman were also in attendance. Crews later parked their engines at Pioneer Park for a remembrance service.
