Nez Perce County Commissioner Doug Zenner said the city budgets $600,000 each year to pave no more than 20 miles worth of roadway. The city's policy requires them to rotate around the county every several years and pick roads with the highest priority, said Zenner.
"You try to get as many road miles covered in that area on that rotation, said Zenner. "That's best we can do."
Chip zoning for each of the four roads is expected to take one day. Both lanes will be closed for the paving of Tammany Road from Barr street to Hellsgate on Monday.
Waha Road from Wbb/Waha intersection to 21 Ranch will be closed Tuesday.
Forsman Road and Redbird Road will be closed on Wednesday.
Waha Road from 21 Ranch to PFI Grade will be close Thursday.
