Stone returns to Latah County Jail after violating no-contact order

MOSCOW, ID - A man, who police say could be involved in the disappearance of Rachael Anderson is back in jail.

David Stone, 50, violated a no-contact order after being released from jail previously on bond. According to a police report Stone called, emailed and texted his ex-wife. He's required to have no contact with her or his daughter for the next year.

Stone is accused of helping Charles Capone murder Rachael Anderson, and cover up her disappearance. She went missing in 2010. The no-contact order violation is a misdemeanor and a $5,000 bond was set.
