Ten Mile Bridge lawsuit decision pending

ASOTIN, WA - In court Wednesday, a summary judgment hearing has been continued until March, with a lawsuit involving the Asotin county government and a local resident.

Asotin county resident Richard Eggleston said he was repeatedly refused public records requests regarding the Ten Mile Bridge project. He's suing the county for approximately $1.1 million, a figure that was determined by the presiding judge of the case.

Wednesday's procedural hearing concluded that a final decision about the lawsuit won't be made next week but on March 5th in Walla Walla.
