U of I enrollment down but seeing more Internat'l & racially diverse students

MOSCOW, ID - The latest enrollment numbers for the University of Idaho are out, and they show full-time student enrollment has dropped by nearly 5%.

Overall student enrollment for this fall declined by 649 students when compared to the fall of 2012. That's a 4.9% drop. Despite the decline in enrollment, U of I leaders report an increase in the number of new first-year students and new graduate students enrolled at the university.
University leaders said they're also seeing more international and racially diverse students.
