Unincorporated Asotin County begins fall open burning season

CLARKSTON, WA - Starting Tuesday, those in unincorporated Asotin County are free to open burn.

Fall open burning runs through mid-December. People can burn from ten in the morning until five at night, but embers have to be completely out by then. You can't burn near a building and burn barrels are illegal.

If you have any doubts as to what you can burn this fall, call the Building and Planning Department at 243-2020.
