WSU student in critical condition after falling off balcony

PULLMAN, WA - A Washington State University student is listed in critical condition after falling from a second-story balcony early Sunday morning.

According to Pullman Police, 19-year-old Griffin Healey was drinking at the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity on Saturday night. Healey went onto a second-story balcony and tried to sit on the railing when he fell backwards and hit his head on some rocks.

He was originally transported to Pullman Regional Hospital, but he was later transferred to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. He is still at Sacred Heart and listed under critical condition.
