You still have time to "Stuff the Bus" with school supplies on the Palouse

MOSCOW, ID - You may be seeing several yellow school buses parked around the Palouse, that's because it's time to 'Stuff the Bus.'

Saturday is your last chance to donate. This is the fifth year the Kiwanis Clubs of Pullman and Moscow have sponsored this school supply drive. All Donations go to students from kindergarten through 12th grade that receive assistance through the Pullman, Colfax, Colton, and Moscow School Districts.

There are buses parked in each of those towns as well as Uniontown, and the goal is to fill every bus to the brink with school supplies. You can either donate new school supplies, purchase pre-bagged sets for a student, or even give money.

"We also will take cash which we basically give to the school district then and where donations leave them in a little bit of a shortage in one area or another, they can use the cash to fill in," said Kiwanis Club member, Everett Sherman.

Sherman said schools often use that money to buy backpacks to fill with the donated school supplies. To find out exact locations and hours of 'Stuff the Bus' drop-offs tomorrow, visit our website at
