Anti-abortion activists indicted for making false video
HARRIS COUNTY, TX —
Monday, a Texas grand jury cleared Planned Parenthood of wrong doing, and indicted the organizations accusers instead.
The Center for Medical Progress released these secretly shot tapes last year. They claim to show Planned Parenthood officials admitting to selling fetal tissue.
Today (Monday) a Harris County jury indicted the anti-abortion group leader and an activist for making the videos, with felony tampering with a governmental record.
The group's founder was also indicted on a misdemeanor related to purchasing human organs.
