A man deported fifteen times in fifteen years from the United States is suspected in a DUI incident where he allegedly crashed into a family heading home from Disneyland.

According to CNN, Constantino Banda-Acosta - a Mexican national illegally in the states, was charged with DUI, hit-and-run, and driving without a license.

The Saturday crash in San Ysidro on the California border sent the couple's 6-year-old son to the hospital with serious head injuries.

He was in the backseat of the family car when Banda-Acosta allegedly slammed his truck into their vehicle.

CNN reports the boy was listed in serious condition.

The family was only one block away from home when the crash occurred.
