Pot recalled in Colorado after using unapproved pesticides
DENVER, CO —
Covering Washington, 19 pot products in Denver have been recalled over pesticide issues. But in Washington, no such recalls.
The Associated Press reports that no products were recalled after Washington officials fined two marijuana growers and suspended the licenses of two others for using unapproved pesticides.
Experts said it's difficult to determine whether consumers should be worried about that.
The federal prohibition on marijuana has prevented research on the effects of heating and inhaling such chemicals.
