Brady Steiger signed professional contract with the New York Yankees

LEWISTON, ID - Wednesday we talked with one of the LCSC Warriors stars about his decision to stick around for another season before heading off to the Majors, well one of his teammates is going the other route.

It was recently announced the Infielder Brady Steiger has signed a professional contract with the New York Yankees. Steiger, who was a second team NAIA All-American after leading the Warriors with a 430 batting average that ranked him third in the nation, was playing with the Seattle Studs of the Pacific International League at the time of his signing.

Looks like Steiger is headed for a change of scenery as he's headed off to join the GCL Yankees of the Short-Season Gulf Coast League, based in Tampa, Florida.
