Buffaloes rally to end Cougars year in PAC12 tourney

Coming into the season, we figured things won’t be very pretty for the Washington State Cougars men’s basketball team. And to their defense it didn’t turn out quite as bad as we may have thought but they didn’t finish out the season very strong tonight.

The 7/10 matchup was the draw for WSU as they took on Colorado. Cougs looking like a totally different team to begin this contest. Josh Hawkinson giving the Cougs an early nine-point cushion. Then it’s V’Ionte Daniels getting buckets…Ike Iroegbu will then knock in a three. Wazzu led by 19 but they wouldn’t be able to hold off the Buffs who outscore the Cougars 46-22 in the second half.

WSU’s season graciously comes to an end with a 73-63 loss to the Buffaloes.
