LCSC Cross Country teams both rank in top 15 preseason poll

LEWISTON, ID - Though preseason rankings may not mean anything in the long run, it sure feels nice to be seen as a major competitor!

The Lewis-Clark State Men and Women's Cross Country teams both opened the regular season ranked in the top 15 in their respective NAIA coaches' preseason top 25 polls.

The Warrior men received 418 overall points in the rankings, which ranks them eighth overall in the NAIA rankings, while the women rank 15th overall earning 324 points to extend their national record streak of 115 poll appearances dating back to the 2001 preseason poll. As a whole, the Warrior teams rank eighth, up seven spots from last year's preseason poll.
