Presley & Galdeira honored with All-Conference Pac-12 Team

PULLMAN, WA - Two big parts of the Cougar women's success this year have been recognized with big honors.

Washington State basketball's Lia Galdeira and Tia Presley were both named to the 15-member All-Conference Pac-12 Team, marking the first time in school history two players were named to the same all-conference squad.

Presley lead the Cougs in scoring with 18.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, while Galdeira averaged 17.7 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. In addition, with 73 steals on the season, she was also named honorable mention to the all-defensive team.

The 15-15 WSU women will play 15-14 Oregon in Seattle this Thursday in the opening round of the Pac-12 tournament. The winner will play number 21 Cal on Friday.
