Six LC Warrior baseball players drafted to the majors

Folks, six our own are headed to the big leagues! Warrior baseball pitcher Connor Brogdon has made history as the eighth LCSC baseball player to be drafted in the tenth round or lower, of the MLB draft.
The Philadelphia Phillies selected the six-foot senior as their pick in the tenth round of the MLB draft. Brogdon was 293 pick in the draft and the fourth NAIA player selected overall.
He is now the 132 player in the history of the LCSC program to be drafted and is the highest pick since Beau Mills was selected in the first round with a 13th pick overall.
Along with Brogdon, Micah Brown was selected in the 19th round by the Marlins, Seaver Whalen in the 32nd round to Tampa Bay.
J.J. Robinson in the 33rd round to the Minnesota Twins, catcher Cooper Golby in the 35th round to Oakland, and Kevin Hamann in the 22nd round to St. Louis, and last but certainly not least we have Henry McAree in the 29th round to the Miami Marlins.
