Thursday's results of the WAC Indoor Track Championship

MOSCOW, ID - Though the weather outside hasn't been ideal for most track and field, when you have a venue like the Kibbie Dome, you can do anything in it!

The Kibbie Dome was the venue for the three-day, Western Athletic Conference Indoor Track Championship meet, where the best of the best from the WAC came to Moscow to compete to be number one.

Thursday marked day two of the event, and let's take a look at some of the notable results from the host of the event, the Idaho Vandals. Senior Kyle Rothwell took first place in the 35 pound weight throw with a toss of eighteen-point-28 meters, sophomore Marquita Palmer took first in the women's 800-meter run with a time of two-minutes and 14 seconds. And a combination of four Vandals won the women's distance medley with a time of twelve minutes, eleven seconds.
