PRAIRIE VS. LAPWAI WBB VO.jpg

GIRLS RECAPS:

PRAIRIE VS. LAPWAI – Do you think the Prairie Pirates cared that the Lapwai Wildcats are the reigning state champion on Tuesday night? Nope.

The Pirates upset the Wildcats 58-42 on Tuesday.

Prairie jumped out to an early lead, and didn’t look back.

Prairie remains undefeated on the season, while Lapwai suffered its first loss.

They meet again on January 25.

The rematch should be a good one.

PULLMAN VS. CLARKSTON – GREAT NORTHERN LEAGUE TEAMS the Clarkston Bantams are good. The dynamic senior-freshman duo of Makinzie Packwood (senior) and freshman Ashlyn Wallace (freshman) should be something special to watch this year.

Also, Wallace is again a freshman, but she’s already drawing interest from Pac-12 schools.

The Bantams proved their dominance, with a convincing 60-28 win over Pullman.

GENESEE VS. OROFINO – The Genesee Bulldogs extend its winning streak to three on Tuesday with a win over the Orofino Maniacs 58-19.
