Potlatch jumps on Trojans early, coasts to big win


Game two of the night pitted Troy against the most improved team in the White Pine League, the Potlatch Loggers. And the Loggers come out hot, bucket after bucket early on. First its Chris Judson on the drive then it’s the length of Garrett Thompson then the Loggers creating offense out of their defense. Senior Devin Richards with the theft and lay-in and Potlatch led 8-2.

Trojans, in a lull, looking to generate a little offense and its Isaac Stoner off the window, the three-point play cut the Logger lead to ten but nothing doing for Troy, running is Cole Thompson who finds Garrett Thompson again.

Loggers led by 14 at the half and go on to pound Troy, 54-30.
