Seattle Seahawks all-star running back Marshawn Lynch won't be facing a trial in California for his DUI case until the final week of December at the earliest. The move comes after a motion by the defense to suppress evidence was continued until November first.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled for Thursday, and there is always the possibility the two sides could reach an agreement in the case. Lynch was arrested last year by California highway patrol and charged with DUI in Alameda County. He entered a not guilty plea.
