Keith was born and raised in Lewiston and graduated from the University of Idaho in 1987 with a B.S. degree in Computer Science Engineering, specializing in systems analysis.
He joined the KLEW News team in 1997 as a weathercaster. Keith's broadcasting career began with his first radio show in 1982. He hosted one of the most listened to local radio morning shows in the LC Valley from 1987 to 1993. After leaving radio, Keith worked in banking, insurance adjusting, real-estate, as a business entrepreneur and in media sales, but always continued to work in TV at KLEW.
In August of 2004, Keith took all his experience to the Lewiston Chamber of Commerce, where he became the President/CEO and served in that position until February of 2010, all the while, anchoring weather at KLEW.
Beginning in December 2010, Keith filled in as a co-anchor of the 5 and 6 o'clock news, along with delivering the weather.
He and his wife Elisa have two grown daughters, Jessica and Amanda, and welcomed their first granddaughter on December 29, 2010. Keith loves the outdoors from snow skiing to camping, boating and fishing.
