Bystanders save man who falls onto train tracks

Surveillance video shows a close call for a man at a commuter train station in downtown Atlanta after he fell on the tracks as train was approaching.

Transit officials say their workers quickly cut power to the tracks. Meanwhile, a police officer and several bystanders formed a human chain to rescue the man.

Officials say he's OK after the incident, but has been charged with reckless conduct and public drunkenness. The man told an Atlanta TV station that alcohol did not cause him to fall -- he said he had an unexpected bad reaction to pain pills on the platform, making him essentially intoxicated.
