Suspected serial burglar arrested by Lewiston Police

Lewiston Police arrested Taylor Shell for one count of burglary last Friday.

Lewiston and Quad City Drug Task Force detectives located Shell at approximately 18:20 hours near the Idaho/Washington border on US Highway 128.

More charges are pending for Shell and the investigation is still ongoing.

The 24-year old Lewiston resident is currently homeless and his vehicle was previously impounded, according to Lewiston Police.

On the morning of November 8, police said Shell ran away from officers in the area of 12th Street and Thain Road.

They believe he is a suspect in several commercial burglaries in the area.
