WSU College Republicans border wall replica on hold
PULLMAN, WA —
The Washington State University College Republicans want to build another replica of a border wall but they don’t have enough money just yet.
The club’s president is trying to raise $2,500 to pay for tools, building materials and any other costs.
The wall would be a sequel to the demonstration the club held in October 2016, featuring the word “TRUMP” in gold paint.
This time the students want to build the wall ten-feet higher, or a total of 18-feet high.
A WSU spokesman said the group planned the demonstration for last week but postponed it due to lack of funds.
