The Federal Bureau of Investigation has issued a warning about a suspect now on the Top Ten Most Wanted list who is believed to be in Missouri.

Donald Fields, 58, is wanted on charges of physical and sexual abuse of girls as young as 11 as well as child rape. Agents say they also have evidence he sex trafficked at least one victim from 2013 to 2017 but they believe that number could be much higher. They believe he poses an “imminent danger” to young girls in the St. Louis area.

According to a special agent in the FBI’s St. Louis Division, “Fields has allegedly demonstrated a pattern of abusing minor females in his circle that are entrusted to his care, manipulating them to earn their trust quickly and using their own resources to take advantage of them.”

His last known address was in Missouri, and has family there and in Kentucky. He also has ties to Florida and has been known to visit casinos.

Fields is described as a white male between 6’0” and 6'4”, about 235 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has scars on his chest, groin, left calf, both legs, both knees and a distinctive tribal tattoo on his right shoulder.

Right now, agents believe he's working cash jobs to avoid capture. They say in the past he's worked as a tree trimmer, a resale shop owner and an independent used car dealer.

A $250,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his capture — more than double what the agency typically offers.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his location is asked to call 1-800-CALL-FBI, submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov, or contact your local FBI office.
