WASHINGTON (SBG) - Back in June, the Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling regarding union membership. It upended a four-decade-old Supreme Court precedent.

As national correspondent Michelle Macaluso shows in the video above, the effects of that decision are now starting to be felt.
