Idaho Vandals introduce new Women's Basketball Head Coach Carrie Eighmey
MOSCOW, ID- And the new Idaho women's basketball coach Carrie Eighmey took to the podium earlier today in the ICCU Alumni Room.
She addressed the public and the media in her very first press conference. She spoke on the current roster, along her vision to building the program.
"I'm looking forward to the opportunity to work with them on the court, and just be around them every single day," Eighmey said.
"Together we're going to build something very special. Moving forward, we're going to focus on four core values within our program. Trust, discipline, toughness, and selflessness.
"Our focus on these core values within our program starts with recruiting. We will make it a priority to recruit young women who embrace our core values, and who will be passionate about pursuing excellence on the court."
