Two Tylers win Player of the Week

There’s three Tylers on the Lewis-Clark State baseball leam and two of them were named conference player of the week.

Tyler McDowell won the player of the week and Tyler Burch won the pitcher of the week.

McDowell had 12 hits with 15 at-bats. In summary, he’s the first Warrior since 2005 to hit for the cycle. He also won the National Player of the Week because of his efforts.

Burch on the other hand, didn’t allow a hit after the second inning and struck out 12 batters.

A career high and season high for any LC Warrior this season.
