Warriors win game one

Nine innings just weren’t enough for this NAIA top-10 match-up.
No. 6 Lewis-Clark State Warriors beat the No. 2 Georgia Gwinnett Grizzlies 10-9 in the 10th inning.
Warriors win game one of this four-game series, setting the tone for the next three games.
GGC started out strong, Alex Garland hit a two-run home-run in the first inning, giving the Grizzlies the 2-0 lead.
But the Warriors would explode in the second inning, scoring six runs.
The highlight of the game, was Raymond Pedrina, hitting a grand slam, giving the Warriors the 5-2 lead.
LC lead 8-5 going into the seventh inning, but the Warriors defense stalled.
Hits along with three Warrior errors made the Grizzlies come all the way back, taking a 9-8 lead.
In the eighth, Pedrina got another home-run, tying the game at 9.
Pedrina had two home-runs in the game and had five RBIs in total.
